Global Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Schindler is looking for a Global Finance Transformation Manager to help steer its worldwide finance agenda. The role sits within Global Finance Reporting Solutions and will be central to the company’s SAP S/4HANA rollout, as well as to initiatives that involve Power BI, CCH Tagetik and sustainability‑related reporting across an international landscape. On a daily basis the manager will translate finance requirements into concrete system designs, guide the transformation of financial steering, universal journal, margin analysis, material ledger and product costing, and oversee cross‑functional projects that span SAP, Power BI and CCH Tagetik. The position requires close collaboration with global finance owners, IT teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, while also standardising reporting structures, KPIs and data definitions to achieve consistency and scalability. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and conceptual abilities together with proven stakeholder‑management skills. A university degree in finance, accounting, controlling, business administration, business information systems or a related discipline is required, along with at least eight years of experience in finance transformation, SAP projects or business‑process management, preferably within a multinational industrial setting. Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA, familiarity with financial steering, universal journal and related modules, and practical knowledge of Power BI or CCH Tagetik are essential. Fluency in English and the capacity to communicate complex topics to senior audiences are also mandatory.
