Senior Technical Recruiter, EMEA

Blockstream, a leading provider of blockchain infrastructure, is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to cover the EMEA region from its Lugano office. The role sits within a globally‑focused, English‑first environment and is responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring top technical talent for engineering, product and research teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. On a daily basis you will own the end‑to‑end hiring cycle: collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, run interviews and assessments, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects Blockstream's high‑performance culture. You will also maintain talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to meet the fast‑moving demands of a blockchain‑focused organization. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in technical recruitment, with a demonstrable record of filling software or cryptography positions. A strong professional network within the blockchain or fintech sectors across EMEA is essential, as are excellent communication, negotiation and autonomous working skills. Fluency in English is required, while additional European language abilities are considered a plus. The position also demands the capacity to thrive in a rapid, remote‑first setting. Based in Lugano, you will join a diverse, internationally distributed team and help shape the talent pipeline of a pioneering company that is driving the growth of decentralized finance worldwide.
