The role focuses on managing relationships with German‑language business clients and delivering customized support solutions within a fast‑moving international environment. Each day you will act as the main contact for German‑speaking B2B customers, handling inbound and outbound inquiries by phone, email and live chat, and ensuring issues are resolved within service level agreements.
