Senior Account Executive Payments and Crypto

A fast‑growing, regulated fintech company, currently confidential, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to generate new business across the UK, Europe and Switzerland. The firm is a licensed VASP and payment‑service provider that runs a proprietary platform merging traditional banking infrastructure with crypto finance, offering business IBANs, SEPA rails, open‑banking and crypto swap/buy/sell capabilities in a single solution. In this role you will sell a range of financial products to specialised clients. The portfolio includes named business IBANs for high‑risk or digitally‑native companies, crypto swap and digital‑asset infrastructure, open‑banking and SEPA payment services, and API‑driven integrations for platforms, exchanges and operators. Target customers are crypto exchanges and Web3 firms, iGaming and online‑gambling operators, FX brokers and trading platforms, e‑commerce sites and other high‑risk merchants, as well as businesses turned away by conventional banks. The successful candidate must have more than five years of experience closing new business in payments, crypto or fintech (not account‑management). A warm network of decision‑makers in one or more of the listed verticals is essential, together with a solid grasp of IBANs, SEPA, payment rails or crypto infrastructure. You need a commercial instinct to spot opportunities and act without direction, and you must be fluent in English. Experience with high‑risk merchant categories or regulated financial services and additional European language skills are considered advantageous. The position offers an attractive base salary (employee or contractor), uncapped commission with significant OTE upside and the possibility of equity for the right profile.
