Nestlé’s NeStep programme in Vevey offers a twelve‑month, hybrid placement for recent graduates eager to dive into talent acquisition analytics and operations. As part of this initiative you will join a global food and beverage leader, spending at least half of each week leading a concrete project while receiving structured training and ongoing mentorship. Your daily work will involve shaping a clear reporting framework for recruitment, identifying key data feeds, visual dashboards and target audiences. You will streamline reporting procedures to boost efficiency and data reliability, and craft user‑friendly visualisations that enable hiring managers to make evidence‑based choices. Adding external labour‑market benchmarks to your analyses and assisting with interview coordination, immigration paperwork, budget tracking and the organisation of career fairs will also form part of your remit. The position requires a graduate who has completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Switzerland within the past year, with a solid academic grounding in analytics, data science or digital technologies and a genuine interest in applying these tools to improve processes. You should be organised, solution‑oriented, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities while collaborating with diverse teams. Clear communication in English is essential; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
