Bramble Ski Private Chef (M/W/X) - Temporary Contract - Verbier

Bramble Ski, part of Le Collectionist, designs high‑end alpine vacations in premier ski resorts such as the French Alps, Switzerland and Austria. The brand curates exclusive chalets and pairs them with bespoke services—including private chefs, ski instructors and luxury transfers—to give families and groups a seamless, memorable mountain experience. The position of Bramble Ski Chalet Chef in Verbier is a temporary, 43‑hour weekly contract running from late November 2026 to mid‑April 2027, focused on delivering restaurant‑quality dining within a private chalet setting. The chef’s daily duties involve preparing breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and refined evening meals, with occasional lunches or late‑night snacks when approved. Menu planning is collaborative, taking guest preferences, seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions into account, while the chef oversees the entire food preparation chain—from sourcing and ordering through cooking and plating. Responsibilities also include managing supplier relationships, handling deliveries, maintaining immaculate kitchen hygiene, adhering to food‑safety regulations, and keeping accurate inventory and budget records. In addition, the chef supports chalet turnover, assists with guest arrivals and departures, and helps with minor property upkeep, always working closely with the Chalet Manager to ensure a flawless guest experience. The role offers the chance to work in the iconic ski village of Verbier, alongside dedicated local teams and seasoned concierges who handle every aspect of the stay. The contract provides a defined seasonal window, allowing the chef to immerse themselves in a luxury hospitality environment while contributing to the high standards that define Bramble Ski’s alpine offerings.
