German Sales Consultant (L1) – Remote

The company is looking for a German‑speaking Sales Consultant (L1) to join its Sales Support team and work for a client that distributes industrial components. The position is fully freelance and can be performed from any location with a stable internet connection. Each day the consultant will focus on outbound B2B outreach, dialing potential corporate customers and handling warm leads supplied by the client. The role involves presenting product details clearly, addressing objections, and, where possible, moving the sale toward closure. Consultants also log activity in a CRM, follow up consistently, and coordinate with internal colleagues to meet performance goals, sometimes booking leads for webinars or passing qualified prospects to a Level 2 team. Applicants must speak German at a professional C2 level and possess a good working command of English for internal communication. Required technical setup includes a wired broadband line, a Windows 11 or macOS 14 computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space, and a USB headset. Prior experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call‑centre environments, as well as a proven ability to close deals, is essential. Strong client‑facing communication skills are mandatory.
