Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant Lead (m/f/d) - Core & Transaction Banking

SAP Fioneer builds next‑generation core and transaction banking platforms by blending rapid delivery methods with deep banking knowledge. As a Pre‑Sales / Solution Consultant Lead for Core & Transaction Banking, you will act as the trusted advisor for prospects and customers, showcasing the business value and fit of SAP Fioneer’s offerings. In this position you will steer customer‑facing workshops, uncover needs, and map them to SAP Fioneer solutions. You will translate intricate business requirements into compelling solution designs, manage RFIs/RFPs from a solution standpoint, and produce tailored demos, proof‑of‑concepts and workshops for both business and IT audiences. Crafting ROI calculations and business cases to support investment decisions, you will also influence product roadmaps by feeding market insights back to the development teams. The role requires at least seven years of experience in banking technology, software vendors or consulting, with a focus on pre‑sales or solution engineering. A solid grasp of core and transaction banking processes—such as corporate cash management, retail banking, cards and payments—is essential, as is a proven record of presenting solutions to senior and C‑level stakeholders. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, while German is highly valued for DACH engagements. Familiarity with SAP or other core banking systems is also expected.
