Director – Industrial Cybersecurity (OT & Manufacturing) | Zurich

The Director, Industrial Cybersecurity (OT & Manufacturing) will head the Industrial Cybersecurity practice of an advisory firm specializing in Cybersecurity & Privacy, delivering large‑scale security transformation for global manufacturing, pharma and industrial product clients. Key responsibilities include steering complex OT, IAM, supply‑chain and managed‑service transformation programmes, cultivating long‑term strategic client relationships, expanding and leading a high‑performing international delivery team, and identifying new business opportunities with compelling value propositions. Based in Zurich, the role requires extensive experience in manufacturing‑related environments and the ability to operate in multicultural settings while driving growth for the practice. What the role asks for: - 10+ years experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products - Expertise in OT Security, IAM, Supply Chain Security, Cyber Strategy, NIS2/EU CRA compliance - Proven business development track record - Proven strategic account management experience - Strong leadership in multicultural environments - Knowledge of IEC‑62443 and NIST CSF frameworks - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field - Fluent English
