Rieter, the global leader in systems for processing natural and man-made fibers, is looking for an SAP Senior Consultant Service and Repair (CS) to join its IT team. The consultant will focus on the SAP Customer Service (CS) suite, ensuring it aligns with Rieter's extensive textile‑value‑chain operations. Key duties involve configuring and customizing SAP CS, gathering and translating business needs into system solutions, and delivering full‑cycle implementation, including design, testing, rollout, and user training. The role also requires integrating CS with SAP SD, MM, PP and FI/CO, troubleshooting functional and performance issues, and producing technical documentation such as specifications, test plans and manuals. Keeping up with SAP best practices and collaborating on broader SAP initiatives are part of the daily work. The position demands a bachelor's degree or BTech in a relevant discipline and at least four to five years of hands‑on experience with SAP CS implementation and support. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of CS configuration (pricing, billing, shipping, customer service), proven integration experience with other SAP modules, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities are essential, as is fluency in both German and English.
