To be considered for this role, candidates must have solid experience in supply chain planning, including inventory optimization, advanced forecasting, and supply and demand planning. At least three full project cycles as a solution architect or technical workstream lead are required. Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end sales and operations planning processes is essential. Firsthand experience in leading sales cycles, from lead development to securing projects, is also necessary. A Master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field is required, along with 4–6 years of consulting experience. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, with proficiency in German or Italian being a strong advantage.
