Guest Quality Support

The Guest Quality Support role is a seasonal position at a resort in Greece, dedicated entirely to shaping the guest experience. The job places you on‑site for the duration of the season, with housing and meals already arranged, and all legal and insurance paperwork taken care of before you arrive. Each day you will be the face of the hotel for visitors, engaging directly with them to hear their comments, address any problems that arise, and work with other departments to turn dissatisfaction into solutions. The position is highly visible and requires you to stay composed even when others are not, handling a variety of personalities while upholding the resort’s quality standards. You will work five to six days a week, living at the property and collaborating with an international team in a lively, non‑office environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service, and possesses strong communication skills in English. Fluency in German or French is a significant plus, given the guest demographics. You must be empathetic, organized, and capable of managing diverse interactions professionally. In exchange for your commitment, the employer provides accommodation, meals, a legal and insured contract, and the chance to develop professionally while enjoying life in Greece, with reduced living costs and a structured seasonal schedule.
