Beyond the core requirements, KPMG offers a flexible work environment with hybrid options, the possibility to work abroad for up to ten days per year, and generous parental leave. Employees benefit from extensive learning programmes, mentoring, networking events, and access to cutting‑edge digital tools and AI resources.
