The position of Method & Process Engineer at Bosch Group invites you to influence the evolution of the company’s engineering workflows, focusing on the worldwide CAD system environment that supports product and packaging development. Your technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering, will be applied to steer the digital transformation of design processes across the enterprise. In this role you will lead the global CAD Excellence Program, overseeing the consistent use of CAD tools throughout the organization. You will drive the automation of design activities, embed artificial‑intelligence solutions, and continuously refine procedures to meet state‑of‑the‑art standards. Additionally, you will create and deliver regular training sessions on CAD, simulation and AI, facilitate knowledge sharing between internal teams and external partners, and act as the business‑unit representative in senior working groups that shape CAD and simulation policies. The essential qualifications include a solid technical education, strong analytical and solution‑focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively. You must possess deep expertise with the PTC CREO suite—including Windchill and Codebeamer—and ideally familiarity with ARTIOS CAD. Excellent English communication skills are required, and German language abilities are considered a plus. A genuine enthusiasm for introducing new digital methods and AI into engineering is also expected.
