BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and delivers transformative medicines for patients with genetic diseases and genetically defined cancers. Founded in 2015, BridgeBio has built a portfolio of more than 20 drug development programmes spanning early discovery to late‑stage clinical trials across therapeutic areas such as precision oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology and renal disease. The company operates from its global headquarters in San Francisco and an international hub in Zug, Switzerland, and prides itself on an energetic, collaborative culture that values curiosity, pragmatic decision‑making and the thoughtful use of AI. The Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, International will report to the VP, Head of Market Access, International and work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial International and Launch Excellence teams across BridgeBio's worldwide markets. The core purpose of the role is to lead the international HEOR strategy, creating and applying health‑economic and outcomes‑research evidence that secures timely, sustainable patient access to BridgeBio's products. This includes overseeing health‑technology‑assessment (HTA) submissions, value dossiers and real‑world evidence studies in multiple countries. Day‑to‑day responsibilities involve defining and steering the HEOR strategy to align with market‑access and launch goals, designing and managing non‑interventional studies such as registries and real‑world evidence projects from protocol through publication, and leading early payer engagement with key HTA bodies (e.g., NICE UK, G‑BA Germany, HAS France). The role also requires close collaboration with cross‑functional colleagues to optimise value and access for international launches, and providing health‑economic modelling and outcomes‑research expertise to support pricing and reimbursement strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research across several international markets and has experience supporting the introduction of innovative therapies in a global biotech environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, high adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting are essential. Experience with HTA submissions, value dossiers and real‑world evidence generation is valuable, as is familiarity with rare‑disease and orphan‑condition launches. What the role asks for: - Deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research across multiple international markets - Experience supporting introduction of innovative therapies in a global biotech setting - Strong communication and collaboration skills - High adaptability in fast‑paced, hands‑on environment - Ability to thrive under rapid timelines and changing priorities - Experience with HTA submissions, value dossiers, and real‑world evidence studies (nice‑to‑have) - Familiarity with HTA bodies: NICE UK, G‑BA Germany, HAS France (nice‑to‑have) - Experience in rare disease or orphan condition launches (nice‑to‑have)
