ID-426 - Enterprise Account Executive, Switzerland (English & German Speaker)

GitGuardian, a fast‑growing cybersecurity scale‑up with headquarters in Paris, New York and Boston, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead its DACH territory, focusing primarily on Switzerland. The company protects enterprises from credential‑based breaches by locating secrets across code, systems and AI, serving more than 600 K developers and dozens of Fortune 500 firms. In this role you will prospect and engage large‑scale prospects, manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, and present the platform to senior security and engineering leaders. You will construct and qualify a pipeline using modern sales tools and the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology, forecast accurately, and collaborate closely with sales engineers, customer‑success partners and leadership to expand accounts over time. The position requires professional fluency in English and German, with French or Swiss German considered a plus. Candidates must have at least five years of enterprise software or security sales experience, a proven record of meeting quotas, and demonstrated success selling to security, engineering or IT executives in DevOps or application‑security contexts. Mastery of enterprise sales fundamentals—discovery, multi‑threading, mutual action plans and negotiation—is essential, as is the ability to travel up to a quarter of the time and familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC frameworks. Additional advantages include experience handling cross‑border or multi‑region territories, an existing network within DACH’s AppSec or DevSecOps communities, and a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly secret sprawl and NHI governance. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Switzerland, Germany, Austria or nearby French border regions, and the employee will be engaged through GitGuardian’s external‑employment partner.
