Associate Director, Global HR Shared Services (Bangkok Based -Relocation provided)

Agoda, a global travel platform that links millions of hotels, flights and experiences, operates under the Booking Holdings umbrella and draws talent from more than 90 nations. Within its People organisation, the Associate Director, Head of People Services & Help Desk will steer the employee‑facing support structure, shaping how staff and managers obtain assistance across routine HR queries and more delicate matters. The role oversees the entire People Services front door, covering Tier 1 Help‑Desk interactions, self‑service knowledge bases, and the coordination with specialist relations teams. Responsibilities include defining service principles, establishing operating rhythms, and ensuring the model scales as the business grows. The leader will set performance metrics, manage capacity during peak periods, and uphold rigorous case‑handling standards for issues such as policy guidance, onboarding, mobility, performance concerns, investigations and disciplinary actions, while partnering with HR business partners, legal and compliance functions. Based in Bangkok, the position offers relocation assistance for candidates moving to the city, but remote work is not an option.
