Client Director

Nexthink, a leading provider of digital employee experience management software, is seeking a Client Director. The company empowers IT leaders with tools to proactively manage and optimize digital experiences for employees, serving over 1,200 customers and 15 million employees globally. The role involves managing key accounts, driving renewals, and upselling to Nexthink's largest and most prestigious clients. The main responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to clients, managing executive relationships, and overseeing the development of assigned accounts. The Client Director will work closely with various Nexthink teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to deliver tailored solutions. They will also build and maintain strong relationships across different levels of the client's organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level. Additionally, the role involves achieving financial targets for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market. Additionally, 2 years of experience as a Client Director or an equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management is required. Previous sales experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management is also necessary. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with German being a plus. Nice-to-have skills include a strong desire for success, excellent time and resource management, and the ability to quickly learn and establish credibility.
