The position of Barman / Chef de Rang (full‑time) is offered by the Kulm Group, a luxury mountain‑travel brand situated at 1,800 m in St. Moritz. The company delivers upscale experiences to an international clientele, blending refined service with a distinctive Alpine atmosphere. In this role you will act as the face of the bar, welcoming guests from around the world with genuine warmth and polished service. Your daily tasks include crafting classic and inventive cocktails to exacting standards, advising patrons on spirits, wines and house specialties, and maintaining an elegant presentation of every drink. You will also help keep the bar area tidy and visually appealing, support colleagues, mentor junior staff, and suggest improvements for the beverage program while overseeing stock levels. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in high‑end dining or luxury hotel environments, especially within a well‑known bar or lounge. A solid background in mixology, with deep knowledge of premium liquors and cocktail techniques, is essential. Fluency in both German and English is required, and the ability to adapt to non‑standard working hours is expected. Additional assets include certifications such as barista or sommelier training, as well as proficiency in any extra languages.
