Product Industrialization & Supplier Quality Manager High Volume High Speed (m/f/d) (80-100%)

The position belongs to the High‑Speed Product Management team and focuses on coordinating supplier readiness and industrialisation for Make & Buy and high‑volume parts. In daily work the manager will act as the APQP facilitator, steering the rollout of supplier quality and industrialisation procedures for high‑volume projects. Tasks include confirming supplier qualification, guaranteeing production readiness before series start‑up, and applying methods such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and root‑cause analysis. The role also involves leading risk‑management reviews, supporting audits and process assessments, and synchronising engineering, supply‑chain, quality and operations to achieve smooth ramp‑up and hand‑over to serial production. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or quality engineering (or a comparable field) and bring at least eight years of experience in turbocharging, automotive, aerospace or similar manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in supplier industrialisation, APQP deployment and ramp‑up execution is required, together with strong stakeholder‑management abilities and fluency in English and German. Experience in leading cross‑functional projects and a hands‑on, analytical approach are essential. Additional assets include Lean Six Sigma Green‑ or Black‑Belt certification and familiarity with SPC tools. The role involves international travel for supplier assessments and ramp‑up support.
