Controllers- Regulatory Reporting – Senior Associate/ Vice President- Zurich

Goldman Sachs Bank AG in Zurich is looking for a senior‑level professional to join its Controllers‑Regulatory Reporting team. The unit safeguards the firm's financial control and reporting duties, ensuring that the bank adheres to the rules that govern market transactions. In this role you will support the Finance Department's effort to keep the Swiss operation compliant with capital and large‑exposure regulations. On a daily basis you will prepare and file the required regulatory and statistical reports for the Swiss National Bank and FINMA. Tasks include calculating key ratios, monitoring large‑exposure limits, assessing capital adequacy under Basel standards, and interpreting new supervisory guidelines. You will also act as the primary contact for regulators, advise business units on lending limits and collateral criteria, and contribute to internal and external audit processes as well as automation or system‑development projects. The position demands a finance or accounting degree at bachelor or master level and at least five years of hands‑on experience in banking regulatory reporting. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, solid organisational skills, and the capacity to communicate clearly within a team environment. Proficiency in English is required, while German language skills are considered a valuable addition.
