Additional expertise that would strengthen an application includes knowledge of succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, talent assessment, career frameworks, organisational design, workforce planning or people analytics. The team operates in a multicultural Bangkok setting, encouraging humility, flexibility and continuous learning. A strong interest in artificial intelligence, coupled with curiosity and a willingness to experiment, is valued.
