Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager - Corporate Tax

KPMG is looking for a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager to join its Corporate Tax practice in Geneva. The firm delivers a broad range of audit and advisory services, helping clients navigate business transformation and ESG challenges while fostering a purpose‑driven, values‑centered environment. In this position you will advise both domestic and cross‑border companies on the tax consequences of activities such as mergers, restructurings, financing deals, property transactions, supply‑chain arrangements and various operational changes. You will also support clients with tax compliance, accounting and the redesign of their tax functions, applying both Swiss and international legislation to your analyses. Daily work involves close cooperation with multidisciplinary groups and colleagues from other countries, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining direct contact with clients and tax authorities. The role requires a Swiss master’s degree in finance or law, or current enrolment in the Swiss Certified Tax Expertise programme, together with two to five years of corporate tax experience gained in a multinational setting, a Big 4 firm or a fiduciary serving international customers. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in business management and tax law, possess solid analytical and logical abilities, be comfortable with finance and accounting, and show a knack for process‑oriented thinking, clear communication and digital innovation. Fluency in French and English is essential; German is an advantage.
