At Bosch, the Scintilla AG division develops, manufactures, markets and distributes power‑tool accessories for professional, industrial and DIY users. The position of Method & Process Engineer – CAD and Digital Engineering is tasked with shaping the future of the company’s engineering workflows, especially the global CAD environment that underpins product and packaging design. In this role you will steer the worldwide CAD Excellence Program, ensuring consistent use of the CAD suite across all development teams. You will drive the automation of design processes, embed artificial‑intelligence tools and introduce standardized, cutting‑edge procedures. A further part of the job involves creating and delivering regular training sessions on CAD, simulation and AI for department engineers, while also fostering knowledge sharing by validating and disseminating information from internal and external sources. Representation of the business unit in senior working groups on CAD and simulation, and active participation in defining new standards, are also expected. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, and possesses deep expertise with the PTC CREO Suite—including Windchill and Codebeamer—and preferably ARTIOS CAD. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a talent for coaching are required, as is an analytical, solution‑focused and autonomous work style. Fluency in business English is mandatory, with German language ability considered a plus.
