The main responsibilities of the HealthTech Robotics Engineer include leading and executing core initiatives in HealthTech. This involves translating high-level strategic visions into concrete execution roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The role also includes architecting scalable solutions and driving critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-offs. To excel in this role, candidates must have a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers complete autonomy to architect systems and drive strategy, with direct reporting to the department founder and collaboration with a world-class team.
