Corintis develops cutting‑edge microfluidic cooling solutions for AI chips, GPUs and CPUs that power today's data‑centres. The company's technology reduces the massive electricity demand of data‑centre cooling and is already deployed by several of the world's largest tech firms. As a Senior Process Engineer you will be the driving force behind turning new cold‑plate designs into repeatable, high‑volume manufacturing processes, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager. In this role you will own the industrialisation of every new cold‑plate product, act as the manufacturing lead inside New‑Product‑Introduction (NPI) projects and create comprehensive process packages that simplify hand‑over to contract manufacturers. You will run the transfer of processes to external partners, optimise yield and process capability during each ramp‑up, and collaborate with technology and equipment suppliers on materials, consumables and parameter settings. Defining measurement strategies, supporting the scale‑up roadmap and mentoring junior engineers and technicians are also key parts of the daily work. The position requires at least six years of process‑engineering experience focused on industrialisation or NPI, with a proven track record of transferring and qualifying processes at contract manufacturers. You must have worked inside cross‑functional NPI teams that include design, quality and supply‑chain functions and be comfortable defending a manufacturing stance in design reviews using data. Hands‑on expertise with high‑precision material deposition or metal additive processes, a degree in materials science, mechanical, chemical or manufacturing engineering, and professional fluency in English are mandatory. The role also expects willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to Asia. Additive‑manufacturing experience is highly appreciated, as is a solid working knowledge of material science aspects. Fluency in French is an advantage that can help in local collaborations. The job is based on the EPFL campus in St. Sulpice, a short walk from Lake Geneva, within a friendly, multicultural team of more than 105 people from over 35 nationalities. The environment is fast‑paced, with processes still being invented and volume targets continuously rising, offering a unique chance to see your work scale from prototype to full production. What the role asks for: - 6+ years process‑engineering experience in industrialisation/NPI - Proven transfer and qualification of processes at contract manufacturers - Experience in cross‑functional NPI projects with design, quality, supply‑chain - Hands‑on work with high‑precision material deposition or metal additive process - Degree in materials, mechanical, chemical or manufacturing engineering - Professional working English - Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia - Nice‑to‑have: Experience in additive manufacturing - Nice‑to‑have: Working knowledge of materials side - Nice‑to‑have: French language proficiency
