Wealth Management Consultant with KYC/AML review experience

The Wealth Management Consultant role sits within Capco's Swiss Wealth & Asset Management practice and will be tasked with leading a large‑scale KYC/AML review and remediation programme for a banking client. On a daily basis you will join strategic transformation projects that address regulatory and compliance challenges in the Swiss banking and wealth‑management space. Your work will involve performing detailed client‑file reviews, carrying out quality checks, and conducting comprehensive KYC and AML analyses. You will also manage special or non‑standard cases, escalating complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders, and support Capco's marketing activities within the risk and compliance arena. The position is offered on a strong fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of hands‑on compliance experience, preferably in client onboarding, review or investigation within banks or wealth‑management firms, and has a proven track record of reviewing KYC client files. Strong service orientation, the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, and excellent English communication skills are essential. You must be a self‑starter with solid organisational abilities, capable of handling large workloads efficiently and delivering on set priorities.
