Head Client Lifecycle Integrity – Director – Member of Senior Management

The Head Client Lifecycle Integrity will lead the newly created Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) Department, acting as a 1.5 line of defence and independent from the Front Office. The role involves defining the CLI's strategic direction, establishing an effective operating model, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The position requires a strong focus on technology enablement, AI-driven optimisation, and operational scalability, with a client-centric and data-driven approach. The Head will work closely with various departments, including the Front Office, Group foreign entities, the Compliance Department, and technology functions, to enhance the Bank's integrity-related client lifecycle framework. Key responsibilities include leading the CLI department, maintaining a strong risk-based control environment, and providing senior leadership on complex cases. The role also involves overseeing private client onboarding, integrity-related lifecycle activities, and AML transaction monitoring. Additionally, the Head will drive process effectiveness, automation, and continuous improvement, leveraging technology and data to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with significant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is essential, and experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, particularly those relevant to Swiss banking, is also required.
