To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a similar field, along with at least four years of relevant consulting experience in deals, people transformation, or project management. Experience in contemporary IT topics and trends is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across different levels and international settings are crucial. A confident personality with a clear point of view and the ability to influence through expertise in people transformation processes is required. Certification in Change Management or project management, especially HERMES, is highly valued. Excellent English skills are mandatory, with German or French being an advantage.
