Senior Consultant / Manager, Financial Consolidation & Reporting / EPM

Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team in Zurich is looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager who will specialise in financial consolidation and reporting within its broader advisory and technology services. The role sits at a global firm that blends audit, tax, strategy, risk and technology to help clients across industries solve complex challenges. In this position you will shape and run the end‑to‑end consolidation workflow, from validating data and handling intercompany eliminations to preparing the final financial statements. You will also craft and fine‑tune regulatory reporting solutions that meet both local and international standards, while configuring the chosen consolidation platform to align with business needs. Collaboration with finance, accounting and IT colleagues is essential to improve data quality, and you will support users through training and technical assistance. Documentation of processes, system settings and continuous‑improvement ideas, including automation opportunities, are also part of the daily routine. The ideal candidate brings four to seven years of hands‑on experience in consolidation or regulatory reporting, advanced skills on at least one leading tool such as CCH Tagetik, Oracle FCCS or OneStream, and fluency in both English and German. A solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proven project‑management under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills are required. Additional assets include familiarity with several consolidation platforms, knowledge of ERP or data‑warehousing systems, relevant software certifications, and experience in multinational or highly regulated environments.
