People Development & Performance Senior Consultant (Bangkok-based)

The company's Bangkok office is looking for a Senior Consultant in People Development & Performance to help shape talent strategy and organisational capability across the enterprise. In this role you will partner with HR business partners and business leaders to translate talent priorities into concrete actions. You will coordinate the performance‑management cycle, monitor its progress and ensure consistency. By analysing people and business data you will surface talent patterns, risks and opportunities, and produce insights on pipelines, succession considerations and workforce demographics. You will also help design, improve and deliver talent tools and processes, and facilitate evidence‑based discussions with stakeholders. The position requires a solid background in strategic or management consulting, talent management or people operations within a multinational setting, with at least five years of relevant experience. A degree from a top university is expected, and advanced qualifications are welcomed. Strong project‑management capabilities, sharp business acumen and the ability to facilitate discussions and present insights are essential. Candidates must be able to drive multiple initiatives, use data‑driven analysis to advise leaders, and communicate clearly. High‑level communication, an ownership mindset, strict confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment are also mandatory, as is flexibility, a sense of humour and a genuine interest in AI. The team values humility, curiosity and a continuous‑learning attitude. While not required, experience in succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, talent assessment, career frameworks, organisational design, workforce planning or people analytics would be considered a plus.
