Julius Baer is seeking a Team Leader of Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions to lead and develop a team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective collaboration and communication services. The company is a leading Swiss wealth management group, focusing on advising sophisticated private clients globally. The role involves managing a team of engineers and ensuring the stable operation of various platforms, including Microsoft Exchange, Cisco call manager, and Webex. The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of engineers, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of global collaboration and voice services, and owning service delivery and continuous improvement for various platforms. The role also involves defining team priorities, managing resources, and supporting budget planning and financial forecasting. Additionally, the Team Leader will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, and collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, including leadership or supervisory roles, are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, secure e-mail and journaling solutions, Cisco unified communications manager, and related technologies is essential. Fluency in German and English is also a must-have requirement. Nice-to-have skills include an advanced degree, experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL), and a strong understanding of IT security, regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
