Senior Relationship Manager – Private Wealth (Switzerland)

CAMP DE BASE, a FINMA‑supervised firm that prizes confidentiality, regulatory excellence and long‑term value creation, is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Private Wealth. In this senior individual‑contributor role you will be the main point of contact for a Swiss‑based private client base, cultivating enduring relationships built on trust and discretion while arranging bespoke wealth solutions through an open‑architecture, multi‑provider model. Your daily work will involve conducting client meetings and maintaining a high‑touch service level, analysing each client’s risk profile, time horizon and constraints, and shaping appropriate wealth strategies together with internal specialists and external partners. You will also drive the onboarding process, ensuring KYC/AML documentation is complete and audit‑ready, keep abreast of market and regulatory changes to offer timely insights, and pursue new business opportunities throughout Switzerland. Coordination of internal experts will enable delivery of comprehensive services such as asset consolidation, wealth planning, tax and insurance advice, investment distribution, fund structuring and portfolio advisory, all while adhering strictly to FINMA rules and internal confidentiality standards. The position requires a proven track record in client relationship management—ideally within private banking, wealth management or investment—and ownership of a client book that you can expand. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience, a master’s‑level education (or equivalent experience), strong English communication skills, and must not hold any client portfolios with a Russian nexus. Additional language abilities in French, German, Spanish or others are advantageous, as is a proactive, client‑centric mindset, high discretion and confidence operating in a tightly regulated environment. Fluency in extra languages, the ability to mobilise experts in a non‑hierarchical setting and a keen interest in financial markets are considered pluses.
