The (Junior) Consultant - Health & Safety and Environment role involves supporting clients in areas such as occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management. Daily tasks include conducting risk analyses and workplace safety assessments, contributing to the creation of EHS reports and presentations, participating in audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards. The role also involves developing and implementing EHS programs and training, as well as traveling primarily within Switzerland, with occasional international trips. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a completed degree in a technical or natural science field and/or further education in occupational safety and health protection. Excellent proficiency in German and French, along with fluent English, is required. National travel readiness, with the possibility of international travel, is also essential. Nice-to-have skills include additional language proficiency.
