Manager M&A Advisory – Corporate Finance | Life Sciences & Healthcare

The company's M&A practice provides financial and strategic advice to clients throughout M&A transactions, and the successful candidate will specialize in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. As a Manager, the successful candidate will lead live engagements, drive transactions, and provide sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise advisory services to clients. They will also act as a key contact with senior-level client staff, project-manage transactions, and handle day-to-day client communication. Additionally, they will lead and execute the full deal lifecycle, drive business development activities, and manage and coach junior team members. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, as well as 3-5 years of prior work experience in the LS&HC sector, ideally with previous exposure to M&A transactions. They must also have business acumen and/or financial expertise, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and be able to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
