Responsibilities include designing and rolling out dashboards for clear reporting, coordinating quality‑related initiatives across global functions and legal entities, and launching mental‑health campaigns for employee wellbeing. The incumbent also addresses client‑specific quality demands, drives supplier‑quality improvements, analyses data to spot process and product enhancements, and participates actively in R&D gate reviews. Additional tasks involve documenting processes, proposing automation, preparing improvement action plans, leading project review meetings, establishing quality‑assurance plans for new and existing offerings, ensuring root‑cause analyses are performed, and delivering training on product‑quality topics. The role also oversees the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001‑based Quality Management System, conducts internal and external audits, and provides functional leadership within a matrixed, multicultural environment. The position requires a university degree, preferably in engineering, together with extensive experience in both operational and strategic quality and supplier‑quality management. Candidates must have proven expertise in a comparable industry covering quality‑management systems and environmental, occupational health and safety (EOHS). A solid background in globally operating companies, both in established and emerging markets, is essential, as is the ability to lead large, culturally diverse teams across several locations. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; German and additional languages are considered advantageous. Strong leadership skills, the capacity to influence a broad organization, and the ability to work effectively in matrix structures are also required.
