The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is crucial for strengthening WSP's recruitment capabilities in German-speaking Switzerland. This position is based in Zurich, Berne, or Luzern and involves building relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and address complex talent needs. The main responsibilities include leading the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and engaging talent, building strong partnerships, and representing WSP's employer brand. The role involves developing diverse talent pipelines, creating compelling job advertisements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the Central Europe Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and shape innovative recruitment approaches. To excel in this role, candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in talent acquisition. Proficiency in German is essential, as the role focuses on the German-speaking part of Switzerland. A strong understanding of the Swiss engineering, consulting, construction, and infrastructure markets is also required. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks is crucial for building and maintaining external talent networks. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive approach to identifying and engaging professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment that values knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. The position is full-time and hybrid, allowing for a flexible work arrangement.
