Leasing Consultant (Relocate to Dubai)

Betterhomes, a four‑decade‑old real‑estate leader in Dubai, is expanding its leasing team and seeks a consultant willing to relocate. The firm prides itself on turning property searches into life‑changing experiences and combines innovation with a lively corporate culture. In this position you will contact prospective landlords and sellers each day, capture high‑quality photographs and craft property listings for online portals, and build relationships with owners, buyers and tenants. You will assess client requirements, pair them with suitable leasing options, keep abreast of market movements and maintain trust through clear, consistent communication. You should thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive setting, possess strong negotiation and communication abilities, and show resilience together with a genuine passion for delivering results and nurturing relationships. Betterhomes offers uncapped commissions that can reach 65 % of each deal, paid monthly, alongside a high volume of leads and exclusive projects reserved for its agents. The package includes full marketing and administrative backing, comprehensive training from day one, relocation assistance with visa and medical coverage, and regular rewards such as rooftop dinners, golf outings, yacht trips, two fully‑paid overseas journeys per year, and monthly team breakfasts. This role promises both professional growth and an enjoyable work environment.
