Then quantify your own work: residents per shift, number of transfers with lifting hoist, client visits per round, number of trainees supervised, proportion of personal hygiene routines fully taken over. Prove achievements through changes - fewer falls, fewer category 1 pressure sores, shorter handovers, up-to-date documentation. State the starting value and the final value so the figure appears verifiable.
Avoid phrases that would apply to any support role. Instead of "team player and resilient", write that you implement prophylactic measures according to the care plan, administer prepared medication under written delegation, and report changes in general condition in a structured way following the principle observation - reporting - documentation.
