Registration, deadlines, job-search efforts, and what happens when the record does not hold up.
The obligations are concrete: register in time, prove a set number of job-search efforts each month, attend the appointments. Mistakes cost suspension days, and the most common ones come not from unwillingness but from a record reconstructed at the end of the month.
