Dazu gehören auch die Verantwortung für die Forschungseinrichtungen, die Koordination zwischen den Forschenden und der Leitung des Ausbildungs- und Versuchsbetriebs des Strickhof, sowie das Controlling des Budgets und die Budgetplanung. Der idealen Kandidat hat einen Hochschulabschluss in Agrar- oder Veterinärwissenschaften und begeistert sich für wissenschaftliches Arbeiten in einem internationalen und interdisziplinären Umfeld. Vertrautheit mit der landwirtschaftlichen Forschung und Praxis, sowie mit dem Umgang mit landwirtschaftlichen Nutztieren, sind erforderlich. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ebenfalls notwendig. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet, jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit, dass sie kurz- bis mittelfristig in eine unbefristete Anstellung geändert wird.
