The best job sites in Switzerland
In short
There is no single best job site: jobs.ch for German-Swiss reach, jobup.ch for Romandie, Indeed for the broadest aggregation, LinkedIn for English-speaking roles and networking. Two things such lists almost never mention — jobs.ch, jobup.ch and JobScout24 are the same company (JobCloud AG), and the application itself almost never runs through a board: of the 2424 apply destinations in our index, 74% lead to company sites and 19.9% to applicant systems, only 6.1% to job boards. The board finds the posting; you apply to the employer.

Where we differ
- Our own daily-updated index in four languages — a real complement, not the same listings under another logo.
- Analysed market data per role and city: which languages are required, who posts most.
- Free tools for the part that decides the invitation: CV check, CV builder, motivation letters, interview prep.
- From the advert you found straight into a tailored CV: the CV check reads your document against that specific posting and applies the fixes on a click — repeated in minutes for the next role, instead of sending the same CV everywhere.
- What happens after applying is here too: the interview cheatsheet, spoken AI interview practice, and the RAV job-search record filling itself from the tracker. A job board stops at the Apply button.
Why SwissJobs.app
Not one more tool, but the whole application in one place — and re-tailored to each advert instead of written once.
- Optimised per advert, in minutes. The CV check reads your CV against that specific posting, shows the missing terms and the fit score — and applies the fixes into the editor with one click. For the next role you repeat it in minutes, instead of sending one CV everywhere.
- Everything in one account. Job search, CV, motivation letter, CV check, interview prep, interview practice and the RAV record all work off the same advert and the same CV. No copying between four tools, no four subscriptions.
- Live AI interview practice. A spoken mock interview with the panel you actually expect — HR, a domain expert, whoever you name — rated per answer, with a pass-probability at the end.
- The RAV job-search record, filled from your tracker. What you already log fills the official form, instead of reconstructing it by hand at month end. It is a Swiss form that international trackers do not model.
- An editor that looks like a Swiss CV. Three typefaces, nine accent colours, two layouts — and underneath, the format that actually gets looked at here: work permit, language levels A1–C2, room for Arbeitszeugnisse.
- Our own job index alongside it. Over 21,000 Swiss roles in four languages — the advert you are optimising for lives in the same product.

FAQ
- Which job site is best in Switzerland?
- No single one. jobs.ch for German-Swiss reach, jobup.ch for Romandie, Indeed for aggregation, LinkedIn for English-speaking roles. Note that jobs.ch, jobup.ch and JobScout24 are one company — searching all three does not triple your choice.
- Where do applications actually go?
- Almost never to the job board: in our index 74% of postings lead to an application on a company site and 19.9% to an applicant tracking system, only 6.1% to a job board. The board is the search, not the application route.
